Our firm has been based in Port Aransas since 1994, completing some of the finest custom homes in the area. The construction business has become a family tradition for the Kypkes, now spanning several generations with T. Kypke Builder, Inc becoming Kypke Construction llc in 2024. We provide concise, transparent, turn-key bids to ensure there are no questions or concerns before construction commences or during the building process. We do not require down payments or deposits – our billing is itemized and easy to understand. We provide spreadsheets to track costs throughout the life of the project.
